Not currently. Working with quartz requires different tools and additional processes that our shop is not equipped to handle at this time. I would like to explore the option in the future, however.

Replies are usually sent within 1-2 business days. Our winter business hours are 10am – 6pm, Monday through Friday. Messages sent within normal business hours usually receive a response within 24 to 48 hours. We usually do not respond to messages over the weekend.
There is no wait list now. You can send your piece in right away .
After you receive your estimate, and after receiving the agreement and agreeing to terms then you will have the option to pay the 50% deposit to lock in the estimate, until you are ready to send in your piece. You should send in the piece soon after the deposit is made. The deposit will be applied to the repair cost. If after 60 days we do not receive the piece, we will not be able to refund the deposit.
On average repairs can take up to 6-8 Weeks to complete once we receive your piece.
Yes! We offer an expedited or ‘rush’ service. The rush service doubles the estimate of the repair. For example, if your estimated repair was $120, you would now pay $240 for the same order to be rushed. This is essentially a pass to cut the line. Work would begin on your order as soon as we receive your deposit and/or piece. Once the piece is on site you can expect 6-8 business days till completion, as opposed to the typical 6 to 8 week timeline. This effectively reduces the wait time from many months to just a couple weeks or less.
If the piece is found to be beyond repair during inspection or gets further damaged in the process, you will receive a full refund. We may offer to buy the remains of the piece to salvage components for future repairs, but most of the time the piece is discarded unless you opt to have it returned to you.
We are happy to provide cleaning instructions, tips, tricks, and consulting to be sure you don’t end up shipping in dirty glass.
There will be a cleaning fee of up to 500$ imposed so be sure the piece(s), packaging, cases, and other items that may be included in the box are absolutely, 100% clean.
